I can remember my love of fashion to long before I was
permitted to wear high heels and makeup. My goal early on… to be a fashion
designer! I occupied myself by drawing
my one-of-a-kind designs. I remember as a child when my mother would
take my sister and I to the “beauty parlor” and we would wait for her to have
her hair “done”. I so looked forward to
waiting for my mother and having access to the magazine rack to digest the
latest celebrity gossip and newest fashion trends.
In time this childhood interest led to me finding work in
local retail shops and participating in youth advisory committees at local
department store. This is where I was first exposed to my long life crush “New
York” and introduced to its extensive buying markets. Inspired by the vast amounts of stylistic creativity and flair, I went on to earn my degree in retail merchandising and management with the hopes of one day owning a boutique and having the ability to express my personalized sense of style.
One of my most prominent interests today is investing my free
time as an avid fashion market researcher. Daily I am searching the local and
online markets for new and exciting ideas to breathe life into the typical
pairings we often see in both professional and everyday-wear. I have found a knack for keeping myself
informed with what is happening within the various communities featuring
of-the-moment fashions. Though I have
switched gears professionally since pursuing my degree, I have found myself at
a point where I have realized the importance of supporting my passion – and I
intend to do just that with this little online niche.
I want my mental

to share with you new and exciting ideas to style and update your wardrobe with
new and vintage inspirations. I want to
be a consistent source for the best looks for the best value. Furthermore, I want to share with you all of
the great things happening in fashion and where to find them. I’m making it my
mission to connect your personal style with the hottest trends. Let me help you
find where the finds are…be it locally --in the Lehigh Valley, PA where I reside-- or
throughout the endless retailers online.
When not pouring over who-wore-what or the newest releases
from Michael Kors, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends; watching
movies; and slipping into New York for the day to see the sights and catch a
show on Broadway. More often than not you
can find me as a passenger on my husband’s Harley finding the quaintest towns
offering varieties of charming eateries and exploring other great shopping
opportunities to share.
